The Clerk of the District Court ensures the Blaine County Judicial System runs efficiently by providing customer service to a wide range of customers. All court cases and proceedings in the County (traffic citations, criminal and civil cases including small claims actions) are handled in this office. We manage the jury system and provide public access to the judicial system by offering state-approved forms, referrals, and brochures.

• ONLINE at: www.mycourts.idaho.gov  (If your citation number is not listed, we may not have it from the issuing police agency yet.  Please try again closer to the due date on the bottom of your citation.)
• CALL our office and pay using a Visa or MC ($3.00 service fee assessed). 208-788-5521
• Place your money in our SECURE DROP BOX located at the Northeast corner of our building-Kramer Judicial Building, 201 2nd Ave South, Hailey ID 83333.
