On Friday, February 14, 2020, at approximately 10:34 a.m., Blaine County Sheriff’s Office deputies stopped a Bellevue woman for excessive speed on Broadford Road near Mammoth Gulch Road in Bellevue, Idaho.
Upon identification of the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, Kimberly Ann Koch, age 54, was arrested for misdemeanor Driving without Privileges–Second Offense, I.C. 18-8001(2), and felony Driving Under the Influence, I.C. 18-8004(1)(A).
Koch has two prior convictions for Driving Under the Influence in 2018. Koch’s blood alcohol level is pending state lab results. Koch was also cited for an infraction Failure to Register, I.C. 49-430. Koch remains in the custody of the Blaine County Detention Center pending arraignment today at 2:30 p.m.
