On Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at approximately 8:26 a.m., Blaine County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a residence in Bellevue, Idaho for a report of a man threatening another man with a gun.
Upon investigation, David Cecil Martin, age 52 of Mackey, Idaho, was arrested and charged with felony Aggravated Assault, I.C. 18-905. The victim was an employee of the homeowner who feeds the horses.
Martin is being held in the Blaine County Detention Center pending arraignment in Magistrate Court. A booking photo is not currently available.
