It is with the deepest regret and sorrow that the Blaine County Board of Commissioners must acknowledge the death of our dear friend and fellow County Commissioner, Dick Fosbury.
Commissioner Fosbury passed away peacefully in his sleep early Sunday morning, March 12, 2023, following a short bout with a recurrence of lymphoma, according to a statement by his agent, Ray Schulte.
Details regarding forthcoming memorial services will be made public as information becomes available.
